The Juneau Police Department arrested two people for selling heroin this week, according to press releases from the department.
JPD arrested Joshua Walker Tuesday as part of a joint investigation with the FBI and Southeast Alaska Cities Against Drugs, or SEACAD. Walker faces one count of second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, a class ‘A’ felony. He also is charged with violating conditions of release. Walker was out on bail after a May 2010 arrest for second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Wednesday, JPD arrested Jose Perez and charged him with second-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
Both Perez and Walker were taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
