Meghan Brake and Reid Dihle will wed July 7, 2012 in Cornerbrook, Newfoundland, Canada.

The prospective bride is the daughter of Nelle and Byron Brake of Cornerbrook.

The prospective groom is the son of Lynnette and Nils Dihle of Juneau.

The couple met in 2006 while attending Sir Wilfred Grenfell University in Cornerbrook. They are both employed with Bartlett Regional Hospital. A celebration for family and friends in Juneau will be held at Auke Recreation Area in late July.

Melissa Ebner and Michael MacKinnon wed April 28, 2012 in Estes Park, Colo.

The bride is the daughter of Cecilia Jensen and Norm Sheppard of Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada and Heinz Ebner and Holly Arnold of Boulder, Colo. She graduated from Boulder High School and attended the University of Colorado Boulder. She is employed as a nurse practitioner.

The groom is the son of Margaret and Allan MacKinnon of Juneau. He graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School and attended Santa Clara University. He is employed as a computer software engineer.

Jamie Olsen and Zakary Kirkpatrick wed April 28, 2012 at the Church of Latter Day Saints Temple in Newport Beach, Calif.

The bride is the daughter of Jerrilyn and Loren David Olsen of Juneau, formerly of Montana. She attended Utah Valley University and is employed with the Alaska Fudge Company.

The groom is the son of Bernadine and Kerry S. Kirkpatrick of Juneau. He attended Brigham Young University and is employed with Allen Marine.

Deborah (Jones) and George Reifenstein celebrate 40 years of marriage June 10, 2012. The couple wed June 10, 1972 at the First Presbyterian Church in Rome, N.Y. with a reception following at the bride’s family’s camp at Brantingham Lake in the Western Adirondacks. Within days of the wedding, the couple drove their Volkswagen bus to Juneau, greeted by his sister, the late Nancy Porto, and her family. They have made their home in Juneau and will celebrate the occasion with a small family dinner with children and grandchildren.
