Assault

• At 2:24 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 6500 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a 36-year-old woman who reported that her 15-year-old daughter was assaulted by another 15-year-old girl. Investigation continues.

• At 3:06 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 2500 block of Douglas Highway to investigate the report of an assault. investigation continues.

• At 10:13 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Thomas Berner, 63, on Hospital Drive for two counts of assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after an altercation on Hospital Drive.

Burglary

• At 8:08 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 5400 block of Shaune Drive to investigate the report of a storage unit burglary. Investigation continues.

Conditions violation

• At 3:06 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 2500 block of Douglas Highway to investigate the report of an assault. Investigation continues.

Domestic violence

• At 12:49 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of an assault in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 1:24 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of an assault in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 1:27 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested a 28-year-old man in the Juneau area for violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 9:57 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested a 38-year-old woman for domestic violence assault, harassment and violating conditions of release in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor. She was taken to LCCC.

Drug misconduct

• At 1:26 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 10000 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the reported possession of drugs. Investigation continues.

Drunken driving

• At 10:54 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Ryan Cook, 32, in the 8500 block of Douglas Highway for driving under the influence. His breath-alcohol content was measured at 0.154 percent. He was taken to LCCC.

Theft

• At 4:36 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 8100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a stolen bicycle from in front of a business.

• At 7:36 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to Clinton Drive to investigate the reported burglary of a storage trailer at a construction site and the theft of power tools and a portable generator. The generator was later recovered. Investigation continues.

• At 8:36 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to Vintage Boulevard to continue an investigation into a reported theft from a construction site.

Vandalism

• At 8:08 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road to investigate the report of vandalism of a restroom and theft of an estimated $80 in quarters. Investigation continues.
