The Glory Hole’s Lunch and Learn series resumes today with “Seaweed and Rocks,” a presentation by Tlingit artist and master carver Richard Beasley.
Beasley will discuss the art work he designed for installation in the shelter, created on-site with Glory Hole patrons, as well as basic concepts of Northwest Coast art.
A seafood chowder, rice and beans, salad, crumpets, and desert will be served. The lunch starts at noon.
A suggested donation of $8 will be appreciated and be used to help with Glory Hole operations.
