Deadlines are coming up for several JAHC Applications

Student Fine Art Scholarships: For students entering grades 7–12 in fall of the coming school year.
Advanced Artist Achievement Awards: For graduating seniors and college students up to 25 years of age.
Individual Artist Grants: For experienced artists of exceptional talent to produce original works of art or advance their careers.
Due April 15: Major Arts & Culture Grants: This program assists organizations whose primary purpose is to provide cultural opportunities to the community of Juneau, opportunities which encourage creative expression, stimulate understanding and appreciation of the arts and humanities, and encourage community support of the arts and humanities. The funds are provided by the City & Borough of Juneau.
Gallery Exhibit Proposals: The JAHC Gallery exhibits run approximately one month and open on the first Friday of the month. There are typically 10 months available for artist exhibits per year. All interested individual artists and art groups may apply.
JAHC Juried Art Show: JAHC will host a Juried Art Exhibition in June 2011. They invite artists to submit works for consideration. Fairbanks artist Kes Woodward will act as juror.
