Femme Fatale, the annual drag show and fundraiser for the Southeast Four A’s, is back and bigger than ever. This year’s performance will include a Friday night show, two Saturday night shows and, for the first time, an amateur night.
Friday night’s performance, held at the Rendezvous, will begin at 10 p.m., with doors opening at 9 p.m. Saturday’s shows, held at he Baranof, run from 6-8 p.m. and 9-11 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. respectively.
Tickets are $15, and are available at Hearthside Books or the Four A’s office.
The first annual Femme Fatale Amateur Night, which will be judged American-Idol style by Femme Fatale drag queens, will be held from 10 p,m, to midnight on Thursday, April 7, at the Rendezvous. Doors open at 9 p.m. The winner, who will be named Drag Queen (or King) of the Capital, will earn the chance to perform with Femme Fatale on Friday or Saturday night.
