JDU Spring Showcase to be offered twice on Saturday

Juneau Dance Unlimited will present its Spring Performance Showcase featuring JDU’s intermediate and advanced ballet, modern, and hip hop students, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, at the Thunder Mountain High School auditorium. Classical and contemporary dance including ballet variations from “The Sleeping Beauty,” “La Bayadere,” “Giselle,” “Le Corsaire,” “Sylvia, “La Filli Mal Gardee,” “Don Quixote” and several modern and hip-hop pieces will be featured.

Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 for students and seniors, and $35 for a family (four or more in same household) and are available at JDU, Hearthside, JACC and at the door. Seating is limited at each performance.
