“Between the Folds” event includes film, workshop

This Sunday, the Canvas will host a combination film-viewing and workshop, both offering attendees an exploration of orgami and paper making. First, there will be a viewing of “Between the Folds” beginning at 2 p.m. in the gallery. Next, beginning at 3 p.m., the audience will be able to try their hand at paper making with local artist Sherri McDonald. An origami workshop and other hands-on projects and demonstrations will be available. Admission is a $5 suggested donation.
