Artists' studio tours conclude this weekend

The Franklin Street gallery’s month-long open studios event continues this weekend, with open studio tours scheduled for Saturday and Sunday downtown. A group exhibition featuring works from participating artists remains on display at the gallery, located in the Baranof Hotel, 127 N. Franklin St. Here’s a look at this weekend’s studio tours.


Throughout the month:

DAVID WOODIE: Paintings. 1-5-ish p.m. Sundays in October, Room 212, Emporium Mall downtown (above Gold Town Nickelodeon movie theater).

SHARRON LOBAUGH: Watercolors. 12-4 p.m. Saturdays in October. 3340 Fritz Cove Road (first building on right side on Fritz Cove Road)

MARY ELLEN FRANK: Dolls. 12-5 p.m., 114 S Franklin St. Suite 102 in Aunt Claudia’s Dolls museum.

JAMES VOELCKERS: Ceramics. 12-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 1760 Capital View, (off Third St. in Douglas, below Crow Hill)

MICHELLE MORRELL: Ceramics. 12-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, 9205 Emily Way in the Valley.
