KRNN Radio Concert Series continues with “Take 5….Live!”

The second session of the KRNN Concert Series will be offered next week, Dec. 7, and will feature a live version of KRNN’s popular jazz show, “Take Five.” Musicians include Robert Cohen on keyboards, Adrian Minne on bass, Clay Good on drums and Doug Bridges on sax, as well as special guests. Host Robert Sewell will lead a behind the scenes conversation with the band.

The concert begins at 7 p.m. at the Gold Town Nickelodeon.

Admission is $10 in advance at, and at the station, 360 Egan Drive. If it doesn’t sell out, tickets will also be available at the door. Ticket price includes a beer or wine ticket and light hors d’oevres.

The KRNN concert series, which began Oct. 5, runs every other month at the Gold Town. Each event features a different genre, different host and different set of musicians, and offers audiences a combination of interviews with the musicians, led by the host, and live performance. The next event is tentatively planned for Feb. 8, with a tentative focus on classical music.
