The Juneau Douglas City Museum will host their second drop-in holiday cracker workshop this Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m. Holiday crackers, a British tradition dating back to Victorian times, come partially assembled with a tissue paper crown and joke or riddle. Museum staff will have a wide assortment of candy and decorating supplies available to further personalize individual projects. Participants are encouraged to add their own message or small trinket to their cracker; all items intended for inclusion must be smaller than 2 inches by 4 inches to fit in the cracker. The cost is $5 per cracker.
