City Museum's Coffee & Collections Series to feature Carstensen

This Saturday’s Coffee & Collections presentation at the City Museum will feature “Natural & Cultural History of Juneau’s Dairy District: the Past in Pictures,” led by naturalist Richard Carstensen. Drawing from Discovery Southeast’s spatial database of historical images and maps, Carstensen will describe 120 years of successional and developmental changes to the area now known as the Mendenhall Wetlands State Game Refuge.

The event begins at 10:30 a.m. at the museum, located at Fourth and Main Streets.
