Alaska Folk Festival applications due March 2

Thinking of performing in this year’s Alaska Folk Festival? Performer applications are due by 5p.m. Friday, March 2.

Also due by March 2: workshop, caller and dance band applications, as well as volunteer applications.

To view or download one of these forms, visit Application forms can be printed and mailed to Alaska Folk Festival, PO Box 21748, Juneau. Alaska, 99802-1748. Also, for the first time, they can be filled out and submitted online.

This year’s Alaska Folk Festival, the 38th annual, is scheduled for April 9-15, at Centennial Hall. The guest artist is the six-man Tennessee Mafia Jug Band.
