City museum offers kids spring break program

The Juneau-Douglas City Museum will once again be offering afternoon programming for kids during spring break, March 19-23.

A variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including nature hikes, compass courses, painting with ice cubes and touring exhibits, will be offered for kids ages 8 to 11, from 12:30-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Participants can sign-up for individual days or the whole week.

The cost for the entire week is $146.71; prices for individual days varies. The cost includes all materials, class fees, transportation costs, a light snack and CBJ sales tax. Pre-payment and pre-registration are required.
