The four man band — Ike Sheldon (lead vocals, guitar), Betse Ellis (fiddle, vocals), Nate Gawron (string bass, vocals), and Phil Wade (dobro, mandolin, banjo, vocals) — plays old-time country music, orginal songs and fiddle tunes. They have played all over the country, including previous appearances in Juneau to sold-out crowds. They have also appeared on National Public Radio’s Weekend Morning Edition, Garrison Keillor’s “Prairie Home Companion,” BBC television and PBS’ “Song of the Mountains,” as well as at the Kennedy Center.
Advance tickets to the Juneau show are $17.50 for adults and $12 for students, seniors and kids; day of show tickets are $20 and $15 respectively at the door.
