The Glory Hole will host a Lunch and Learn Lecture Friday, led by Scott Ciambor, who will discuss “The Housing First Approach to Ending Homelessness.”
Ciambor is a planner for the Alaska Mental Health Board and the Advisory Board on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse. For the past three years, he has served as a co-chair of the Juneau Homeless Coalition and previously worked as the City and Borough of Juneau Affordable Housing Coordinator at the Juneau Economic Development Council. During the lecture, the Glory Hole will serve bean soup, salmon chowder, garlic bread, rice, plum crumpets, juice and tea. Attendees should RSVP if they plan on coming. Lunch is free, but suggested donation of $8 will be accepted.
