Juneau Cabaret, an evening of cabaret music performed by local vocalists and accompanists, will be presented at 7 p.m. this Sunday, April 1, at the Juneau Arts & Culture Center.

Juneau Cabaret evenings have been held in Juneau since 2009. This month’s event marks the first time the performances will be held in a larger venue, the JACC. Admission is pay-as-you-can.

Vocalists range from students to semi-professionals. Songs include jazz standards, musical theater songs, and some pop tunes.

Featured vocalists for this event include Diane Anderson, Rebekah Badilla, Kris Clark, Sandy Fortier, Derrick Grimes, Jordan Harris, John Haywood, Clifford Johnson, Heather Mitchell, Bobbi Mitchell, Madi Nolan, Therese Thibodeau, Taylor Vidic and Ardyne Womack.

Accompanists are Megan Felts, Beverly Haywood, Tom Locher and David Sheakley.

Food, beer and wine will be available for purchase. Audience members who are under 21 must sit in a specified alcohol-free area or be accompanied by a parent.
