Perseverance to offer adult theatre training workshops

Perseverance Theatre is once again offering ASTI, the Alaska Summer Training Intensive, this summer in Juneau.

ASTI participants will train with nationally recognized theater artists during this eight-day session, June 24 – July 1. Workshops will be offered in various disciplines, including directing, acting, playwrighting, and design. The instructors include SITI company member and director of Perseverance’s recent world premiere, “The Blue Bear,” Leon Ingulsrud, and head playwrighting instructor at the Brown/Trinity Rep Consortium., Dan LeFranc. Rounding out the faculty is Perseverance Theatre’s artistic director, Art Rotch.
