Perseverance seeks dog for upcoming production

Perseverance Theatre is looking to cast the dog in John Steinbeck’s “Of Mice and Men.” The show will open the 2012-2013 mainstage season.

In the play, the dog is old and a retired ranch worker. The theater is looking for a cattle dog, such as an older Border Collie, Kelpie, Australian Shepherd, or Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler). It would also be open to a mixed-breed dog.

To discuss the schedule and handling, contact Shona Strauser at 364-2421 ext. 232, or shona@perseverancetheatre.org.
