Returning for a second year, the Never Sets Film Festival will host an evening of short films made by Alaska filmmakers in three cities including Juneau on Aug. 18 and 19.
in Juneau, four screenings are scheduled at the Gold Town Nickelodeon: 7 and 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, and 4 and 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19. Tickets are $5.
The Anchorage screening will take place at 7 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium. Tickets are $5 for general admission and free for UAA students with a valid student ID.
In Fairbanks, the festival will be shown at 8 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Museum of the North. Tickets are $10.
Films featured in the festival, submitted by filmmakers earlier this year, are not rated and may contain content not suitable for all ages.
