Juneau's inaugural beer festival to be held Saturday

Capital BrewFest, Juneau’s inaugural beer festival, will take place Saturday, Sept, 15, at the Juneau Arts and Culture Center from 1-5 p.m. The festival will feature local, state, national and international craft beers while supporting local charities.

Sponsored by Rotary club of Juneau, and this year partnering and benefiting SAGA, Capital Brewfest proceeds will promote and facilitate charitable work in SE Alaska.

Entry fee of $25 includes ten 4 oz. drink tokens and a commemorative event glass. Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.capbrewfest.com, and additional drink tokens may be purchased on-site for $2. Non-drinking tickets may also be purchased at the website. Tickets may be available at the door, if the event doesn’t sell out, for $30. Space is limited to 400 people.
