Kids' musician Jim Cosgrove to perform Sunday at JDHS

Kid-rocker Jim Cosgrove, known to many of his fans as Mr Stinky Feet, will be in town for a performance this weekend at the Juneau Douglas High School auditorium. This family event begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30.

Singer-songwriter Cosgrove, whose brother is local storyteller Tom Cosgrove, is a former journalist who has been performing for kids and their families for the past 12 years. Described as “The most intriguing children’s entertainer out there right now” by the Kansas City Star, Cosgrove has released seven CDs and two DVDs, many of which have won awards from Parents’ Choice.
