Swingin' In The Rain cabaret workshop participants to perform Oct. 5

Juneau Jazz & Classics will present an evening of cabaret music this Friday at the JACC, the grand finale to a week-long vocal workshop with jazz pianist Barney McClure.

One of last year’s featured festival performers, McClure has conducted the cabaret workshop since 2007 for anyone who loves to sing or loves to think about singing.

Doors open for Swingin’ in the Rain at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 per person for the evening of entertainment, light snacks and a no host bar.

More information and tickets are available through jazzandclassics.org, the JACC, Hearthside Books and at the door.
