Sealaska Heritage Institute to sponsor Native Artist Market

Sealaska Heritage Institute will sponsor a Native Artist Market in December during the annual Sealaska Shareholder Informational Fair in Juneau.

Interested Native artists should apply now for a free table at the market, which will be held Dec. 7 at Centennial Hall.

Space is limited and the deadline is Nov. 21.

Sealaska Heritage Institute was founded in 1980 to promote cultural diversity and cross-cultural understanding. The institute is governed by a Board of Trustees and guided by a Council of Traditional Scholars. Its mission is to perpetuate and enhance Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian cultures of Southeast Alaska.
