The Alaska State Historical Records Advisory Board is seeking nominations for its Certificate of Excellence Award, which recognizes and publicizes archival excellence. Nominations must be received by Sept. 23.
The board encourages submittals of award nominations for significant projects that have been accomplished. Individuals, institutions (libraries, historical societies, museums), agencies (local, state, federal), and organizations (Red Cross, Rotary, business groups) may submit nominations to the State Archivist electronically or by mail, describing and documenting the individual or group’s significant contribution. No self-nominations will be accepted.
The ASHRAB will consider nominated projects on Sept. 25.
