Juneau has its share of funny people, but how often does Juneau get a visit from a comedian who has written for Seinfeld, Politically Incorrect, The Jimmy Kimmel Show and more? One night only: Keith Barany will be performing a comedy show at the Baranof Hotel’s Treadwell Ballroom.
The event will be Saturday night, Nov. 16, from 8-9:30 p.m., with general admission tickets at $20 and VIP seating tickets at $30. Your admission won’t just get you laughs, it will also benefit Southeast Alaska Four A’s - Alaskan Aids Assistance Association.
Barany is a nationally headlining stand-up comedian who has shared the stage with Bob Hope, Jerry Seinfeld, Joan Rivers, Jon Stewart, Dennis Miller, Lewis Black and many others. The NY Post called him “one of the wittiest comedians working today.”
The mission of the Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association is to be a key collaborator within the state of Alaska in the provision of supportive services to persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families and in the elimination of the transmission of HIV infection and its stigma.
