Four people were indicted by a grand jury in Juneau last Friday, according to the indictments.
Indictments are formal accusations of illegal activity, and they are not indicative of guilt.
The district attorney’s office presents cases to the grand jury each Friday.
• Joshua River Riley, 37, was indicted on one count of second-degree theft for allegedly stealing $2,500 from Silverbow’s till box on Nov. 10, according to charging documents.
That’s a class ‘C’ felony, punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a $50,000 fine.
