A grand jury convened by the Juneau District Attorney’s Office indicted six people last Friday, March 22.
• Travis L. Lies, 22, was indicted on one count of first-degree sexual assault, and one count of first-, second- and third-degree assault. For more on that story, see “Juneau man charged with rape, assault.”
• Andrew J. Moritz III, 48, was indicted on two counts of second-degree assault for recklessly causing serious physical injury to Robert Mills with a knife in Hoonah on March 19, 2013.
That’s a class ‘B’ felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
