A grand jury convened by the Juneau District Attorney’s Office indicted four people for illegal drug activity and one person for theft on Friday.
• Cristalynn M. Shipley, 38, and Mustafa A. Hassan, 38, were each indicted on one count of third-degee drug misconduct for delivering cocaine in Juneau on June 23, 2012. That’s a class ‘B’ felony that can carry up to 10 years in jail.
A judge issued $5,000 bench warrants for their arrests last week. The warrants indicated their last known addresses were in Juneau.
