The Christmas season may be over, but the Minick children have kept the spirit of giving alive with a donation of more than $1,000 to the Juneau Community Foundation’s Housing First Fund. Their donation was the first, in fact.
Elias, Toby and Molly, ages 15, 12 and 11, respectively, run a Christmas tree business with the help of their parents, Pat Minick and Kim Champney.
“Elias saws off the ends of the trees,” Molly explains. “I can talk to customers and handle money really well… Toby does everything.”
