Burglary

• At 7:30 a.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 100 block of Second Street to investigate the report of a burglary. Investigation continues.

• At 9:05 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive to investigate the report of a man, 40, who reported a burglary.

Shoplifting

• At 10:30 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 9100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a man, 36, who reported a theft.

Theft

• At 8:37 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Seward Street to investigate the report of a theft. Investigation continues.

Traffic arrest

• At 9:45 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Jenny Trucano, 31, in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive for making a false report to law enforcement. She was also cited for driving without a license and not having insurance. She was taken to LCCC and her car was impounded.

Vehicle theft

• At 6:13 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 6500 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a woman who said her car was hot-wired and moved down the street.
