Yolanda Beesely-Cox

Yolanda Beesely-Cox of West Palm Beach, Fla., died on Sept. 30, 2011, at the age of 46 in Juneau.

She moved to Juneau with her husband on June 4, 2011, anxious for her future in Alaska. Although there was an extreme climate change, she was gearing up for winter, adapting to the change and learning to dress for the Alaskan winter.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth M. Cox, son Christopher Beesley of West Palm Beach, Fla., mother Marie Willis of Boynton Beach, Fla., one sister, Cindy Zemardi (whereabouts unknown) and many other family members and friends.

She had a kind heart and cared deeply for others. She will truly be missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
