Brendan Kenneth Kelly
Brendan Kenneth Kelly died Dec. 7, 2011. He was 55.
Kelly attended William Fremd High School in Palatine, Ill. and Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, where he was a member of the Delta Upsilon fraternity. He graduated in 1981 after majoring in computer science and business administration.
He worked as a real estate professional and in information technology for both the state of Alaska and the City and Borough of Juneau. He also ran a fishing charter boat named “Top Deck” in Juneau.
Kelly is survived by his son, Sean Brendan Kelly, his daughter Toni Marie Kelly, his parents Thomas and Kathleen Hoey and his brothers Tom and Robert Hoey.
A party in celebration of Kelly’s life will begin at 3 p.m. on Jan. 14th at the family’s home located at 2160 Fritz Cove Road. Kelly and April Smith raised Sean and Toni at this family home. Please bring a dish, pictures and stores to share.
