Patrick William Lloyd

Patrick William Lloyd died Feb. 3, 2012. He was 94.

Lloyd attended Ketchikan High School and the University of Washington. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II as a petty officer in charge of patrol boats in the Alaska sector.

He worked for both the Ketchikan Pulp Co., retiring Aug. 3, 1980, and the Eagle Trap Co., a family business. His brother David Lee “Mike” Lloyd preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Irene Mae Lloyd; son Frank (Jane Frances) Patrick Lloyd; daughters Farrel (Harley E. Jr.) Lloyd Lewis and Jody (Grant Ritter) Ann Lloyd and several other family members.

No services are planned. His remains will be cremated and buried at sea.
