‘Alifeleti F. Tupou

‘Alifeleti F. Tupou, born March 13, 1936 in ‘Utulau, Tonga, died May 2, 2013 at home surrounded by family. Tupou came to the U.S., settling in Juneau, in 1993 with his wife Leonita (‘Ita’aehau). In Juneau, he worked at the Gastineau Humane Society until his retirement in 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Sione. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and extended family throughout the U.S., New Zealand, Australia and Tonga.

A viewing will be held 6 p.m., May 5, at the Alaska Memorial Park and services will be 1 p.m., May 6, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
