Kenneth Scott Willis
Kenneth Scott Willis passed away Oct. 22, 2015. He was 61.
Scott graduated from Brigham Young University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering. For the last 20 years, Scott worked for Alaska Electric Light & Power.
Scott married Gaye Jones on Nov. 23, 1979, in the Logan Utah Temple. They had three children: Sarah, Reed and Katie. The family moved to Juneau in 1984.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 5100 Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek. All are welcomed. Those who wish may bring cookies to share at a reception after in honor of Scott’s love of cookies.
