Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Description: Answer the main switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate departments. Greet and assist all walk-in customers. Assist and answer subscriber questions. Assist subscribers with service complaints, ensure redelivery of newspapers is made, address and correct these service issues, input start and stops in the system, make retention and service issue related calls. Assist other departments as needed.
Description: The Inside Classified Sales Representative position is responsible for selling and providing excellent customer service to our advertisers. Duties include but are not limited to processing in-column and display ads from email, fax, and inbound/outbound phone calls, growing ad revenue from assigned accounts, increasing market share, generating new business, developing active accounts, making outbound calls for renewals, assisting walk-in customers and servicing existing accounts.
Description: Assist in the process of putting together any and all products we handle. Ensure all inserts are correctly placed inside all the publications we process. Performing general maintenance of mailroom equipment and preparing all waste materials for recycling. Keep the mailroom area clean, presentable and safe.
