When you are on your healthy lifestyle journey, it is a good idea to set up a mini goal for yourself along the way. This will help to keep you motivated and keep the momentum going. You shouldn't reward yourself with food, so here are some other great ideas to celebrate achieving your fitness goals. 

 

New Clothes.

You could buy yourself a new workout outfit to keep you motivated to reach your next goal. If you are working on losing weight, you might want to go with something that you will still be able to wear along your journey, such as a new pair of shoes. 

Music.

Many people work out to music. If you have reached a goal, buy yourself a new CD or downloads to add to your workout collection. Or you might opt to buy some relaxing music to help you through the though days. 

Make and event of it.

Plan a date to lift weights, go to yoga or dance it out at Zumba with a friend. Maybe its time to sign up for a  5K run.

Your rewards should be something that motivate you too keep going. Choosing healthy lifestyle options can be challenging at times, but rewarding yourself can make it much more fun.
