The truth is many of us find it hard to stay motivated to eat better or exercise more. We know we need to, but it's sometimes hard to hold ourselves accountable. So, what can we do to stay committed?
Recruit a friend. That's right, grab a buddy! Having a workout partner increases our chances of staying focused and motivated to achieve our fitness goals. Who knows, that person may need you for the very same reason.
