¼ cup butter
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Maximum 1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Melt butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and all other ingredients except lemon juice. Saute until shrimp is cooked. Add lemon juice.
Serve over cooked chopped asparagus.
