I would like to thank DOT and Seacon for the great job they have done on North Douglas. They were effective and efficient on their approach to this project. By installing all the culverts now and not having to go back and dig up new asphalt later, when the culverts failed, they saved us taxpayers an untold amount of funds. Having been in construction for over 40 years, I know what it takes to coordinate a large project. To all involved: Thank you. Well done.
