The proliferation of military hardware in our communities has broached a saturation level. If we are going to continue raising children to inculcate inconsequential violence allowing profiteers control of our thought patterns by appealing to our basest on/off digital impulse of either to fight (shoot) or flee (hide), our civil order will only be maintained if government outlaws thoughtless/impulsive killing devices. Machine guns and high capacity ammunition clips are useless to everyone but combat soldiers. Do you want to “fear” in your residential life as if it were a war zone?

What military hardware? I did not see any tanks, RPG's, hand grenades, etc etc. I did see people with bolt action rifles and semi-automatic rifles and some pistols. Your paranoid.
@ Mr. Sonin
Sir you have gone far too heavy with the Thesaurus and have forsaken research or any rational thought. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the reality of the "gun control" legislation or "assault weapon" ban that you are eluding to. Otherwise sir you are coming across rather hasty and even more foolish.

That has got to be the longest sentence I have ever seen.
Somebody got "word of the day" toilet paper for Christmas.
Oh John
John I believe that you have missed the mark altogether.
To the point, John
Though apparently you were aiming a bit too high for some of your audience
