To William Streur, DHSS Comm. of Resources,

I, again, request your withdrawal for support of any new DHSS rule depriving low income woman of their constitutional rights. My issue is not so much about public constrictions defining self-liberty (that is a spiritual vs. secular debate), but the logical inconsistency of leaving only an “either-or” option in human choices.

Human choices are decisions of quality on a gradation scale without the specificity of a well-defined numbered-value, or analyzable quantity. Demanding a “this or that” in the private choices between a doctor and patient — as would the narrowing definition of “medical necessity” — prohibits the graded value decisions of personal choice. I am most appalled at the unmitigated audacity availed by the self-consumed, self-serving social-ego’s steering public policy down this dead-end path of inorganic, mechanical processes symbolized by my Nation’s abortion debate.

Every civilization throughout Western Culture’s history has self-destructed when taking this ‘either-or,’ ‘on-off,’ digital path to move the political leviathan. I could take this dissertation down to the ultimate change necessary for cultural ideation of assessing “similarities” rather than the “differences” between each self-similar organic entity — at the “social” level, that is, certainly not at the chemical/biologic/scientific level of analytical lab study or experiments that mathematical approach need look at differences — but it would it would have me stray too far from the issue. That issue, that ‘bone of contention,’ as I can see it, is of men assuming to define the procreation laws of nature using digital analysis.

The only humans who think they can affect the ‘laws of nature’ through self-will are fascist. They are deluded into assuming to be a god in “control” of other self-willed entities. DHSS rules can only steer the leviathan through leadership, preferably educating private, personal choices in other idea-generating entities, not by setting rules for laws enacted by uneducated, self-consumed, self-assumed gods.

We must stop this social/political trend toward enslaving by analytical objectification of our fellows.

Please avoid making a rule that will deprive any women of their liberty! Especially ones created out of the religious /spiritual deluded convictions of another, even if you do think those others are in the electoral majority!
