Letter: Parnell should embrace Medicaid expansion

Gov. Sean Parnell must relent on his refusal of a legitimate use of the public trust in order to build his legacy. Medicaid expansion in Alaska under the Affordable Care Act would be a helpful, positive tradition for which his legacy could instead be emboldened. It’s time he chose for the public good and human development, rather than his confederate good and human devolution. I know I’d prefer to live a healthy mortality.
