Juneau man accused of abuse

A Juneau man was arraigned in Juneau District Court Friday, accused of sexually abusing a minor.

Joshua David Burger, 36, went before Judge Thomas Nave on one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, an unclassified felony. A May 2 preliminary hearing was set.

The Juneau Police Department arrested Burger at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Burger is lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
