• At 11:35 p.m. Wednesday, CCFR investigated a female patient for a nosebleed. The patient was released to her parents.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 3:59 p.m. Tuesday, a 25-year-old man reported his vehicle was struck while parked in the 100 block of Fifth Street.
Service
• At 4:31 p.m. Tuesday, a domestic violence protective order was served on a 39-year-old woman.
Theft
• At 8:11 p.m. Tuesday, a 31-year-old man reported the theft of DVD players in the 4000 block of Delta Drive. The players have an estimated vale of $50.
• At 7:42 a.m. Wednesday, a 20-year-old woman reported her camera had been stolen and pawned in the 3600 block of Amalga Street. The camera was recovered and returned to her.
Vandalism
• At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, a 45-year-old woman reported the windows on her son’s vehicle were broken in the 200 bock of Highland Drive. The damage is estimated at $350. A wallet containing cash was also taken.
Warrant arrest
• At 2:35 p.m. Tuesday, James Michael Lewis, 22, was arrested in the 100 block of Main Street on an outstanding warrant issued for failure to appear.
