• At 12:26 p.m. Friday, Katie Lee Arthur, 31, was arrested for theft and violating conditions of release in the 3000 block of Vintage Blvd. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 6:51 p.m. Friday, Ryan Eugene Vrell, 23, was arrested on an outstanding Juneau Police Department warrant in the 2900 block of Riverside Drive.

• At 3:04 a.m. Saturday, Jordan Irving Parker Oldham, 19, was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misconduct involving weapons on Front Street. He was taken to LCCC.

• At 4:40 a.m. Saturday, Michael Donahue, 22, was arrested for assault in the 700 block of Franklin Street. He was taken to LCCC.

False Statement

• On Thursday, Alaska Wildlife Troopers issued Teofilo L. Sulangi, 52, a citation for obtaining a 2011 resident sport fish license when he did not meet Alaska’s resident requirements.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 1:47 p.m. Friday, a 56-year-old man reported his parked car struck by an unknown vehicle in the 700 block of Willoughby Ave. Damage is estimated at $1,000.


• At 7:32 p.m. Friday, a summons was served on a 46-year-old man in the 200 block of Marine Way.

• At 2:29 a.m. Saturday, a summons was served on a 31-year-old woman in the 3600 block of Amalga Street.


• At 12:36 p.m. Friday, a 32-year-old man reported a bicycle stolen from his residence in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. The bicycle is valued at $200.

• At 1:04 p.m. Friday, a 19-year-old man reported his backpack stolen from inside the wharf on Marine Way.

• At 10:26 a.m. Saturday, a 30-year-old man reported the theft of a bicycle in the 1100 block of Slim Williams Way. The bike is valued at $1,100.

• At 11:23 a.m. Saturday, a 50-year-old woman reported the theft of patio furniture in the 8800 block of Gail Ave. The furniture was later recovered.


• At 1:58 p.m. Friday, a 57-year-old man reported a window at his residence hit by a BB gun in the 4200 block of Riverside Drive.

• At 3:28 p.m. Friday, a 37-year-old woman reported vandalism to a window in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. Damage is estimated at $1,000.

• At 4:42 p.m. Friday, a 31-year-old woman reported a window of her vehicle broken out in the 1500 block of Third Street.

• At 5:07 p.m. Friday, a 67-year-old man reported the window of his vehicle broken out by a BB gun in the 3100 block of Douglas Highway. Damage is estimated at $250.

• At 7:50 a.m. Saturday, a 32-year-old woman reported the windshield of her vehicle smashed in in the 4400 block of Douglas Highway.

• At 9:06 a.m. Saturday, a 61-year-old man reported graffiti to a building in the 900 block of Third Street.

• At 10:58 a.m. Saturday, a 57-year-old woman reported graffiti to a wall in the Douglas Inn in the 900 block of Third Street.

• At 11:43 a.m. Saturday, a 57-year-old man reported a fence vandalized in the 1400 block of Third Street. Damage is estimated at $60.
