An immature bald eagle lays dead along Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek after being electrocuted Thursday causing a localized power outage. A Juneau Raptor Center person said this was the fourth eagle killed in the area and may be related to people feeding the wild birds. Other birds were struck by vehicles.
