On June 1 the lakes were stocked with approximately 10,000 hatchery-raised King Salmon, from 6-10 inches in length, in a cooperative agreement between Macaulay Hatchery and Douglas Island Pink And Chum Inc. (DIPAC). Enough fish escaped Saturday’s activities to provide anglers fishing opportunities throughout the year.
