Assault
• At 11:10 p.m. Sunday, Brent Michael Sanders, 21, was arrested for assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
• At 2:56 a.m. Monday, a 37-year-old woman reported being assaulted by a 31-year-old woman in the 100 block of Franklin Street.
• At 3:19 a.m. Monday a 35-year-old man was arrested for assault. He was taken to LCCC.
Burglary
• At 9:48 a.m. Monday, a 21-year-old woman reported her residence was burglarized in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Her TV was reported stolen.
Criminal mischief
• At 1:51 p.m. Sunday, a 15-year-old person was arrested for criminal mischief. The person was also arrested for fourth-degree assault. The person was taken to Johnson Youth Center.
Disturbance
• At 2:26 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road
• At 2:58 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance.
Driving without a valid license
• At 3:22 a.m. Monday, Margo Leron Brown, 42, was cited for driving without a valid license on Glacier Highway Access Road. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Drunken driving
• At 9:56 p.m. Sunday, Leon Williams, 44, was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 100 block of Egan Drive. He was also arrested for driving with a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident. He was taken to LCCC.
Parking violation
• At 7:23 a.m. Monday, JPD reported several vehicles were impounded for parking violations.
Reckless driving
• At 12:41 a.m. Monday, Dale Kubic III, 21, was cited for reckless driving in the 100 block of Main Street.
• At 12:41 a.m. Monday, Gabriel Meachum, 23, was cited for reckless driving in the 100 block of Main Street. He was also cited for driving without a license. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Theft
• At 7:56 p.m. Sunday, a 36-year-old man reported the theft of a Sarah Palin cut-out from the Alaska Shirt Company in the 400 block of Franklin Street. The cut-out has an estimated value of $1,400.
Vandalism
• At 3:23 a.m. Monday, a 25-year-old man reported being assaulted by an unknown person in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.

I have to say that this daily police and fire synopsis in the Empire is just creepy - especially in a small town.
Anyone interested in the day to day minutiae should have to work a little to find it.
